Any ways I can improve my FPS?
I realized that this map needs a freaking NASA computer, my "decent" pc can't handle 9 houses on lowest settings without going under 70-80 FPS. Are there any good ways I can improve the performance, is there perhaps an addon that does that?

Bucket's optimizations or something similar works pretty well. But i wouldn't know because i have yet to try this map out.

more addons = more lag
i had 800+ addons (im serious) and 2 fps with 9 houses, deleted all of them and now dont lag even on 36 (and i dont need to wait 10 mins to load the game anymore too)
you should try but save your addons in a collection or something if you need them (or favourite the ones you most like/need)
it should work for you too... i hope...

you cant, gmod is optimized for one cpu thread and one thread only.
U serious? What about 64 bit version? This one is optimized for multicore threading.

There is no addon for that, just like how you can't "download more ram"

Uninstall/Disable addons that you dont need or you dont use anymore or if you want to keep your 1000+ addons and run this map with 36 housees you might need to get a better computer I myself have like 671 addons
