It already has all the textures and models packed in so no need to waste hard drive space installing the required games or money to buy the games.

It's not even about buying games, but the fact that you are forced to download 50 gigabytes for the sake of working on literally 10 models from l4d2 and a couple of textures. This is idiocy.
