I've prepared some decisions, like Operation Cemballo, but they're not yet fully built in.
Or you could make a more drastic decision, and eliminate naval combat entirely, and replace all water-based techs with space techs. Then both Federation and Zeon could produce cruisers and fight over control of "space" around earth. Just some ideas, you can choose whatever you like best.
Also Zeon normally surrenders if you take both Solomon and A Baoa Qu so if you are in a jam spam a ton of aircraft and get green air. Zeon makes little to no aircraft from the dozen or so Fed runs I have done so paradrops go almost unopposed.
