Subscribe, run Garry's Mod, then select 'pkml prophunters' gamemode from the list in the bottom right of the screen where it normally says 'Sandbox'. Now you can choose to create a game locally from the normal game menu.
Alternatively, find a server that is already running this gamemode and play on it.

How can we play togetheer! I can start a server but my friends dont see it and is i do it wrong then tell me pls how can we play togetheer

You need to search how to start a garrysmod server. I cannot help you do that.
