Awesome Inventory
I'm mystified by what the 'top-level settings' in a loadout are for, please help?
In the Loadouts window, there's a little gear that says "Top-level settings." When clicked, it opens a vanilla-style apparel-selection interface, identical to what you get if you select a pawn and attempt to change its vanilla "outfit" directly.

At the top, it says: "Be advised: Settings here take precedence over those of apparels in Loadout window."

What on earth is this for? I've tried to use it to prevent a pawn wearing an item from a different outfit, but I can't seem to make it work.

An example: I have a pawn carrying a Recon Helmet, that is configured to don that helmet when I instruct them to use their "Armor" costume. Their main/everyday costume *does not* have a helmet.

If I unselect "Recon Helmet" in this 'top-level settings' window, then the pawn stops carrying around his helmet - even though he's configured to carry 1 Recon Helment around in the loadout ... but if I *don't* unselect "Recon Helmet" in the 'top-level settings', then he wears it all the time, refusing to take it off when he's not in his "armor" costume. How am I supposed to configure the top-level settings for a loadout??

Bump. I am having all the same issues with costumes not working anything close to expected. Is anyone having success using the features of this mod? It sounds great on paper but has been unreliable at every single feature it purports, Pawns don't grab and carry the gear they are assigned, pawns don't wear the costume they are told. Help would be appreciated
