Troubleshooting
Extract the startpos by opening up the pack file, right clicking startpos, and choosing extract.
You will have to pick a folder. The file startpos.esf will show up in that folder. Move it into campaigns.
If you have another startpos mod, it will override this if the name of the mod loads first.

What isn't working? Are you using any other mods?
Why don't you send me a snip of where you are placing the file?

I just uploaded an updated pack file with a slightly different folder structure. It might work.There's really not much for me to show. If you can't get it to run, remove all the mod pack files from your data folder even if you don't select them. Leave the Vanilla ones of course. I prefer to leave the startpos in its own folder under campaigns.
