It's really up to you. If you feel you want to upgrade the graphics and make it something bigger,
that warband can't do because it's so old, switch 100%. But if you feel you have spend too much time to just scrap it and move, i feel you should continue with warband. Anyway looking forward to updates :)

bannerlord mate people will love it
Kakarot in harvesting season... The idea is fantastic. It will get much better if you spent effort on it. Good job!

Bannerlord doesn't have a steam workshop as of yet, so even if you switched to making this in Bannerlord, you wouldn't have the easy visibility that putting a mod up on a game's steam workshop would provide.

That said, I would be quite happy to see it in Bannerlord, and if it takes as long as I suspect it might to get to the same level of completeness that you're already at in Warband, then Bannerlord might have a steam workshop up by then.

In a similar vein as to what was already mentioned: If you feel like you've already put too much effort into Warband to stop now, then stick with Warband. If you want to do this with the new game, have somewhat better looking graphics baseline to work with, and potentially have a more in depth system by modding the skill trees and other assets within Bannerlord, then go with Bannerlord. I'll look forward to the product of your work either way, because this looks fun.

Ah man. Feels bad when every modder is moving to bannerlord. And I haven't got Bannerlord for several reasons.

I also feel bad because I prefer style of old games.

I may be incorrect and it may be worth looking into but I heard that Bannerlord is or will be far more moddable. Which could make your life much easier longterm.
