and I also i think the seljuk turks need to be more turkic and not arab\ if it based on Calradia I can offer you to delete the Sarranid yellow turban on the seljuks warrior and the light sarranid turban and the yellow - orenge turban remain it

And about the custum troops I can to make an Realistic empires that really existed in this peroid like an Armenian kingdom of tarsus area or abbasid\ khwarezemid\real seljuks or hassasims(assassins)

1) Custom troops for custom kingdoms are not my main focus now.
2) This mod is not Historical Accurate but Historically True
3) The mod needs other stuff than more empires.

Maybe in a future version it will be added, but for now it's good the way it is.

Byzantines are already included. However Bulgarians are pointless to add:

1) Mod is not setted during 1205 - 1235, balduin is still the king he hasn't died.
2) Where should i add Bulgarian Empire in the holy land?They just helped in the Latin Wars.

Companions are overpowered to maximum, this ruins gameplay and balance.
My suggestion is to make them more realistic, nerf them and make them more expensive(to join).
