Issues with Infinite Vehicle Health
Infinite Vehicle Health doesn't actually work, it acts like it does and keeps the health bar at full, but if you're hit by something that would've otherwise instantaneously brought the vehicle health to 0 (aka a missile) it loses all control and crashes anyways. (It will explode and kill you upon contact with the ground)
