NPC question
why are your NPCs so strong they can take a rocket and be still alive

maybe this can help you,it can set NPC's health
or enter this in console "sk_combine_s_health <number>"

This isn't a bug helper or anything, but taking a hit by a rocket as a commander is kinda lore friendly.
