MMOD incompatible with reskins/sound replacements (excluding the revolver)

Hello. I noticed that whenever I have this mod enabled, my reskins and sound replacements do not work. If the devs of this addon see this, can you make a version that is compatible with reskins and/or gets rid of the sound replacements? If not, can you atleast give me a tutorial on how to fix this issue? Thanks.
