There's a breakable wall. It's easier to see if you noclip into some of the buildings. Not sure if it's THE secret or just a step of it, though.

i think i found something when you spawn go to the beginning of the glass bridge right above the beginning of the race track and you noclip down when you have noclipt under the race track you will find somthing like a vheicle testing place there are three ramps that you can drive on almost in front of the spaceship if you noclip into the biggest ramp you will find a sign whit a bunch of text on it and 1/3 i dont know if this means that there are more signs on the map or something else and according to google translate this is finnish. (dont know about the whole text)

It's a Finnish poem (i think) called 'The birth of fire'

The first third of it is in the tallest ramp in the vehicle testing area
The second third of it is behind a discoloured wall around the corner of one of the buildings with scaffolding

I am yet to find the final third, though i don't think this is related to the actual secret, as interacting with these don't seem to make any noises

The gap between two of the city's buildings forms an arrow of sorts that points towards the rough direction of the breakable wall.

2 things,
1: the hands on the clock tower are movable via the physgun, not sure if theres a specific thing like setting a time
2: theres another building that looks like an arrow thats pointing to a couple of other building, but i havent found anything yet

nevermind i found 3/3 its in one of the glass domes outside the map, specifically the one with the big hill. its on the underside of one of the connecting bridges to the "gates" i guess you could call them
