You need to restart the game for the mod to appear. I've done a few bug fixes since then. Maybe you can try deleting the mod files for the game and resubscribing.

It doesn't appear in my list either. ( I have restarted several times)

Hmm. It works fine on my macbook even after deleting the files and resubscribing. I’ll see what I can do.

It works fine on my other computers too

I think steam probably didn't download it. Check your mods folder if the mod files are in there

For me to solve this issue you open up ck2 launcher, download the mod while the launcher is up, scroll to the bottom of mods list. It should be there but untickable. You then close the launcher, reopen it then the mod should be there. Hope that helps :)

Check if you have over 50 mods subscribed to on the workshop. For some reason you cant have more than that, so remove a few if youre over and thatll fix it

I've restarted the launcher for several times, but the mod is untickable.

Try to wait for the mod to fully download in the launcher itself. Wait for the bar to fill, then when the mod downloads, restart the game
