What time period is this set in?
Clearly its different from NYCITY, all the electronics/music/advertising all leans to the mid-late 2000s, the electronics shop carries windows vista era computers while NYCITY is still in 1999

More evidence, the club interior design is much more like the cool dark designs of the mid 2000s, the lamps also have a 2000s look, twins are gone aswell
