Jester Outfit: -50% Slave Suppression

Thus, when worn by a slave - they loose suppression very quickly.

This is counter intuitive. They should lose suppression slower from being demoralized from being made into a fool - the same way being dressed in a collar and straps demoralizes them.

If the argument is that they would get emboldened and pissed off - then the same would be said about the strap and collar - but mechanically it's inconsistent with vanilla.
