Can I Make a Custom Medieval Race With This Mod?

As the title says, I was wondering if I could make a mod with a medieval race that has this mod as a dependency. Was wanting to try making a faction of medieval people using the race creation of Humanoid Alien Races. Just wanting to make sure that it's doable and if so, if I'm allowed to.
