[BUG] Tabards render BEHIND the Outer layer rather than in front
I disabled all mods except this one, harmony, and Vanilla Framework. This pawn has a tabard on, but it doesn't show up.

Similar problem here. I have tabards and they are displayed under dusters, parkas and riot armor. Didn’t check anything else though.

Same here. Perhaps they just don't work anymore on modern Rimworld.

Recently got this issue as well, tabard appears on top of the skin layer but under anything else

It feels like it's a re-emerging issue after 1.4? I didn't have this mod enabled for some time, but it worked before 1.4

Well, if anyone is desperate for a solution, i found this mod: Easy extra layers (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2212276413) that solved the tabbard being under outfits for me, do keep in mind that i did notice a dip in performance running this mod.

Tabards are still an issue today; No mods other than Vanilla Expanded, I've noticed that Tabards will render above anything "Middle" or below, as well as the Light Plate Armour which is "Outer, Middle" but will sit below items that are either "Outer" or "Middle, Outer"

After the last update, I now have tabards rendering on top of all other items, to the point where you see the lower face through the neckhole and the back looks like a mask.

Same issue of tabards sitting on top of everything, including pawns faces if you are wearing certain skin level tops
