Compatibility patch for ReBuild: Doors and Corners. Didn't do it for Glass+Lights since I don't have proper conversion rates.

How about compatibility for Save our Ship 2? Because it will not let you build Skylights on Hull roofs. Simply allowing Hull roofs to count as a Compatible roof will do the trick I guess
