Winter trees in summer, not fixed
Some trees (Oak and poplar at least) display the leafless texture year round regardless of temperature and growing season. Info tab says trees are growing as normal, this looks like a pure texture bugs. Only mods running are VTE and Harmony. Regardless of colony or load save, this texture bug happens 100% of the time when running the most up-to-date VTE.

Below are my entire logs upon starting a new colony:

I just came here to ask about this problem. Hopefully it gets fixed.
Getting the same issue. Have you gotten a fix yet? Trying to reorder the load order for now and see if it works.
Still happening.
It's because ANY texture in the folder specified is what is used. Problem is, there are numerous folders in VTE here that have both variants in them, sometimes even the same file multiple times. It's gonna need to be purged of those.
