Dupes getting stuck and endlessly floating mid air.
When dupes tried to take pill he for no reason went to stairs and i think it tried to eat it there, but in the end he got stuck and suffocated, couldn't do anything with him and when he reached 0 hp he turned into "schrodinger cat" and glitched in place for like 5 cycles finally teleporting randomly near the end of the stairs and dying.

Not sure what you actually talking about , but it seems like same bug with transfer tube. If in that case , the mod has nothing to do with it , you have to wait klei to fix that bug.

Sadly I didn't take screenshot, but well it was weird for shure. Maybe it has something to do with disease mod that changes how disease work, but idk.

I just observed one dupe's path finding fail in a one-tile-deep pit (it is for collecting the occasional snowmelt) covered with scaffolding. He made a mess and only manged to climb out after i made him remove a scaffolding tile at the edge.
He was running back and forth in that pit though. So not sure whether it is the same bug or not.
