It says it in the mod description..

[GenesisGrinder]
GrinderSlots= ( 300 is default can be an integer from 1 to 1000 )
GrindGiveItemPercent= ( 0.25 is default can be a float from 0.01 to 1 )
DisableGrindingTek= ( can be True or False, if true Tek items cant be grinded )
