TRUE Bug Report and some Solution
Types of errors:

#1.Lua Error panel appeared in upper left screen!
#2.My game just crashing without error panel!
#3.I can't spawn NPC and other things
#4.NPCs won't move!(somebody says they do nothing actually also is this same problem)
(The premise is you have subscribe 308 Base!)

[#1][#2]Mods Confilct(Majoy Reason)
Try to disable all mods except 308 Base and its relative mods and restart the game.
if not crash,pls help me to find the mod which can conflict with the base.
of course i wont believe your game still crash when only these mods!

how the game crash? just at you are opening the game?
what are you doing when the game crashing? when you spawning NPC or so on?

if it still cannot work, i am very sorry about i thoroughly have no idea to deal with this!

Mod failed to download often happens to me not only you
[#4]NPCs won't move!(somebody says they do nothing actually also is this same problem)
actually the problem is not my fault but maps
press ~ to open console in game
type nav_generate in the text box
then click Submit

When i use the mod. my game screen becomes big expect for the spawn menu. and esc menu

It could be mod conflict or the game itself,
I've never seen a mod make the game screen bigger...

I dont know myself. I tried changing the settings. but when i make it **windowed** and small size. it working fine. but chat too big. Somehow i fixed it after 2 days. I dont know how but i know the reason of it. Sorry for false bug reporting. it just i tried restarting gmod. and changing settings and it haven't worked. and after an PC Restart and in 2 days i tried using the mod again and it worked.

DETAILS:

What was the cause of it? : Playing a game that is NOT gmod. (That makes ur screen go small for the full screen example: undertale fighter, cs 16. etc)

How to fix: Restarting PC.

Any more infomation: i am sorry for false reporting. it just too shocking that 'i couldn't ever think about restarting pc'. anyway i am sorry. and this mod is way to great. i love it

When you die and hold any weapon from 308 Base, it shows this error

secret weapons working principle:
secret weapons depend on models
so you can get these weapons through subscribe some mods
if models missed, weapons won't appear.
(huh you can still get these if you wanna to see ERROR)

but if missing others like sounds or materials, then i unable to help you
