they just added reaper queen spawns to Valguero, if the mod is using the spawner from that maybe thats what caused it? (does not know anything about modding just a guess)

Well to answer your question this mod did add reaper spawns however, this most recent update unfortunately pulled all dino spawns from ragnarok so there probably won't be reapers anymore unless already existing. Anyways I was questioning Tesh because I didn't see any official word about the game devs adding reapers to Valguero and it wouldn't make sense for Ragnarok plus to add reapers to Valguero so I was wondering what they meant.

1 reaper queen is ment to spawn in the radiation area, often it will be meshed and thus deleted when rendering it
