No option to play for Jarl Grey-Mane
I recently finished playing through the civil war questline with CWO, on the Stormcloak side. I've reached Experienced Bard, and have played for other Jarls. I got a quest to play for Jarl Grey-Mane, but when I went to go perform for him, the option to play wasn't there. His regular Jarl dialogue is all there, but the perform option wasn't.

Any idea how to fix this?

I have the same issue for the Windhelm Jarl after finishing the civil war for the Imperial side.

ADDED:
I was able to go back to the Bard's College and cancel that mission.
