Stats
My idea was like

+Alternate Fire is replaced with Leak Oiled

Leaked Oil: Can be set on fire by a Friendly Pyro to cause a pool of fire

+55% Minigun Rev up time

+Silent Killer: Kills are silent.

-No secondary Rev

-33% Fire Resistance

-Blocks healing from medics while active

-80% move speed while Revved up

Woah, I like this Idea and all, but, blocking healing? How about changing it to like, Movement speed up when Medic is healing you, or something. Besides, the name of this weapon is partnership, right?

My idea
Per hit = Heals 2 health
25 percent faster deploy speed
10 percent movement speed in water
- 25 percent more ammo
- 15 percent less damage
+ 25 percent extra fire damage

Im thinking about a defensive buff when constantly firing at a target

Pros:
-20% spin up time
Gives a 20% defensive buff to all teamates around you when firing AT A TARGET
10% faster firing speed
+25% overheal

Cons:
+20% damage or -40% if your alone
You take mini crits when your alone
-20 health, and when your alone -50 health
alt fire does not spin up the barrel, but alt fire does do something (not sure what)
When you are not alone, you take 20% more damage from all sources

i have a reason for all of this.
The spin up time and damage buff is because the less time the heavy shoots at a target, the less buff time. Overheal for the partnership thing
The heavy can not be invincible, so debuffs on the health to make up for more damage
Your more vulnerable making for a not as valuable heavy unless with a good team.

This is what I think, if its to OP or to underpower feel free to edit or fix

I like the water mechanic, but the other stats will hurt it too bad since most maps don't have plentiful water.

Maybe it should be:

Pros
*50% faster movement speed while in water
*20% faster spin up in water
*10% more damage

Cons
*20% slower spin up while not in water
