As for bloodlines missing texts I probably made a mistake while copying files from original mod to hip version. They are fixed now
I thought you meant Bloodline names, do you mean descriptions? If so they are missing because I didn't add them yet :) I will add them when I have some extra time
I play with HIP with genetic traits delayed, is it possible that might be a cause? I saw in your mod files that the genius trait should appear on birth on the bloodline character, but it did not, nor did it appear later delayed.
Yes this is intentional as it is way easier to keep a bloodline in family and out of AI if they are patrilineal. You have no demerit(except roleplaying) in this cenario so I made this default except for 1 bloodline
