Weird looking shield appearing frequently in other peopls inventories
In the description it says "#DOTA Tooltip Ability Item felling shield lua2"
What is this felling shield, what is it for, how do they get it? Is it a cheat?

Apparently it accumulates damage dealt by you and uses it as a shield, but i dont know the details, like if its a % of the damage or all of it, or if it works with arcane damage as well (physical damage for sure)

Yes, I figured everything out and now I use it often, this shield is intended for physical damage in PVE, for the damage it gives you stacks of its passives that gives overshield to you, in order to buy it you need to find a green leaflet in the store that will be unnamed and descriptions and buy it then upgrade it into a shield with a bracer, wraith band and null talisman (its full price is about 2k)
