How do you claim the geocentrism system?
I'm pretty sure this is the this system and excavation are from. I haven't the slightest idea how you're supposed to build a starbase in this system, since you can't build it around the planet or the star. How do you do it?

Open the Galaxy Map, (shortcut is M or E) select one of your construction ships near that system, right click the system while selecting the ship. There should be Build Starbase button.
