In the Creation Kit, go to Music Tracks. All I did was have the song be the first file and a silent audio track be the finale (so it would fade out). I ran into some errors when trying to choose a file, but eventually found out you had to put the song in one of the game files. In the data file of skyrim, make a folder called "Music", throw whatever you want in there and you should be good to go. If you want to do Combat music specifically, I did any music track that said "Combat" and that worked pretty well. Good luck and message me if you have any problems. And dont forget to save constantly.
