i dont know if this will help but try mat_specular 0 in the console
I tried it and didn't help, the map looks the same as the screenshots but I say overall the map brightness is pretty high
The map IS a very bright map but it helps your eyes if you have a day-night cycle and turn 3d skyboxes off, but you are going to take execption that the map wont look as sexy

If it's not default or included, you shouldn't expect people to have it. Kind of a crap thing to do.
its really bad looking. I tried use Atmos and etc but the constructions are super bright
I have this problem on other maps as well, and nothing helps.
Its actually optimization thing, they don't load all lightmaps for it in compile. Thats why it can be so big.
yeah map is cool but its bit or way too bright
