no no no. 100% crit rates, and enemies die from his high pitched insults if they stay too close for 7 seconds. It uses its own ammo supply. This is the most balanced thing I can think of... jk. Would this even be a weapon though? It'de be a hilarious second slot, like a mini sentry on your head but much slower in fire. Like your ideas for stats though :P
