remove the 3 concrete pads for more space on building on island (or make them smaller and along the rear shoreline edge)

Maybe one of those working hl2 cranes at a dock with crates if you know how to do that. I understand that it's your first map and you make not understand some areas.

In the future, I plan to make a harbor-type map. I may consider that idea of I run across that idea.
