Although this weapon does look (Read above) it needs (Read above again) stats. What i think it should be is like the Cow Mangler 5000 but different like x2 clip size (8 rockets) +65% blast radius no self inflicted damage inf. ammo and x2 damage on buildings. Downsides would be more assists you do you will do less damage but higher fire rate and only 5% damage to buildings. This is only if the K A ratio is unbalanced (more assists than kills).

It only deals 10% damage to buildings?
I think it should be
+25% Attack speed
+25% clip size
-10% blast radius
-30% damage penalty
-Smaller projectile

I think it should be this:

-50% Clip Size
Marks you for death if you go under 50 Health
+20% Damage
Extra Rocket Jump Propultion

How about...

+30% Projectile speed
+25% clip size (6 rockets)
+25% damage
-30% blast area
-50(yes, 50, not 50%) damage to buildings
-/+50% smaller projectile

Shoot monoculus eyes instead of rocket
  • slightly chase ennemies
  • no knockback
(+) clip is ammo
(+) damage ramp up, +10% damage and projectile speed than previous shoot
(-) on weapon switch/out of combat : reset damage/projectile speed
(-) -30% base damage
(-) -30% blast radius
(-) -50% ammo from box for this weapon
(-) no random crit

For long combat, destroy a team, or hit hard target like scout
But still weaker than a normal rocket launcher on begin
