GameUserSettings.ini (+ Engram list & Spawn Codes)
Settings Explained:
[Weapon]Tranq[Number]= Sets the amount of torp added with each shot of that tier ammo.
[Weapon]Food[Number]= Sets the amount of food depletion added with each shot of that tier ammo.
Spy[Weapon]= Will show the current torp when using that weapon when set to True (False disables this ability)
Zoom[Weapon]= Will allow zooming with that weapon when set to True (False disables the zoom ability)

Configurable Settings:
NOTE: Rifle values are % amounts (Ie. RifleTranq1=10 would do 10% torp)

Above should be default settings... configured for vanilla game play.
- You "only" need to add this if you're planning on tweaking anything.

Disclaimer: I'm currently not sure what the default values are for the shotgun... so above might not be the actual default for the shotgun.
- Will edit when/if needed.

NOTE: Rifle values are % amounts!
Ie. RifleTranq1=10 would do 10% torp
