City Defense Forces Not Replenish
Riga's city defense forces not replenish when I play Teutonic Order.The reason in game is "recent event",but I can sure that there is no debuff in Riga.
I just want to know does anyone else has the same problem?So I can judge it's my reason or the mod's reason:steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm::steambored:

I'm having the same issues playing as Scotland. I captured Dublin on turn 6 and the garrison hasn't replenished since then... :steamfacepalm:

I removed my army back to my capital the turn after and haven't built any armies or fleets from Dublin since. It's now turn 46 and the garrison still hasn't started replenishing. I have plenty of population for the garrison to start replenishing and I've even sent an army over to the settlement and disbanded them to see if that would sort it.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not...

Well, at least now I can be sure that I'm not the only one who has this a problem. Maybe it's a bug. All I can do is wait for the production team fix it.
