Diplomatic annexation of vassals?
Does anyone know how to go about annexing vassals? I am playing as the Byzantines and have had several vassals for 30+ turns and have been waiting for an event to pop up to annex them but nothing is coming. There's nothing in diplomacy, how can I go about annexing them diplomatically?

Quoting an earlier comment I made.

Annexing vassals is partially broken right now since all vassals were recently switched to tributary states which the script doesn't entirely account for. Fixing it is priority one after all the crashing is fixed.

At least not on a faction I released as a buffer. There is a blue icon when selecting their capital settlement but I cant press it
