Annexion dosn't work
passed the turns they ask to annex and nothing happened

It's a bug. Annexation won't work with everyone for some reason, for now.

Annexing vassals is partially broken right now since all vassals were recently switched to tributary states which the script doesn't entirely account for. Fixing it is priority one after all the crashing is fixed.
