Please nerf or remove agents

Agents are ruining this amazing mod for me. I am constantly replacing my high ranking generals getting assassinated or injured from enemy agents. Its really frustrating where I am besieging a settlement and all of a sudden i am left with no general which affects the morale of my units. Please fix this
