Annexation of Vassals
If I make an enemy my vassal, his vassals become my vassals as well. But although the annexation via the script works for the former overlord, it does not work for his former vassals.
The same seemingly holds for vassals which you have at game start - e.g. with France or the HRE. Is this a bug or is it intended?

That is not the only case. I had the ability to annex the Kingdom of Sicily for a while but I cannot now for some reason. Your case, and mine, are probably bugs.

Bottom left corner. You must press one of their cities though. If the button doesn’t show up, probably a bug. If the button is grey, you need to wait for a number of turns.

I have the same issue. I play France (I became an Empire) and I would like to annexe the (useless) county of province. I can click on the button but after many turns it always shows ''3 turns left"...

Sad cuz I don't want to ruin my reputation by killing them.
