How it works: the building is installed in the form of a box with 75 life units, and it can be erected 10 seconds after installation. In the "box" state, the building can be upgraded, and each next level of upgrading gives the box +25 life units. After 10 seconds, the construction can be activated by the Engineer from anywhere on the map using a PDA. Upon activation, the building is erected from the "box" state at triple speed and it begins to function.

Positive characteristics:
+ If the Engineer carrying the box with the building is killed, the box will fall to the ground and go into a 10-second standby mode, after which the building can be activated.
+ The converted building into the "box" mode after the action of the Red-Tape Recorder can be activated again, but again after 10 seconds, and without previous upgrades.

Negative characteristics:
- Unable to transfer buildings.
- A structure cannot be destroyed with a Destruction PDA during a 10 second standby period.
