Why does it require nevada dlc
when i click on the nevada dlc or try to find it nothing comes up why is it required

The Nevada DLC is shipped with the game, and isn't something you can find on the store. It is however something you could disable in your DLC's for the game, hence why it's listed as a requirement for this mod.
