No, it doesn't. It is clearly stated that this mod needs to be enabled at profile creation. This mod changes nothing for existing profiles, nor would it be possible for it to do so. If you'd like to do this for an existing profile, you'd either have to manually edit your save or use a save editor that supports such functionality.
