It's simple, really. From the profile creation screen, make sure to enter the Mod Manager and enable it. The following screenshots shows you where to find the Mod Manager:

Once you've enabled the mod, you can go ahead and create your profile. If you attempt to enable it at any later point than this (meaning for an existing profile), this mod WILL NOT do anything.

Once your profile has been created, you can safely disable the mod again as it no longer serves a purpose.


Which cities, truck dealers, recruitment agencies, viewpoints, and roads that you've visited/discovered are all stored within your save file. Once in there, there's no way to alter the information beyond manually editing the save file (or using a save editor). This mod works by altering the template file which is used for creating your initial save game, and as such must be enabled at profile creation.

There's no other way to achieve this through a regular mod, as that's just how the game works.


There's two reasons why this may be the case for you. Either you're running an unsupported version of the game, or you're lacking a required DLC - or both.
