Is his sanity correct?
I dont think so, he dose have a smaller brain the the others. (HINT: im wrong, it's just fun to talk to people about their oppinions) {Double hint!! The solider is the one in real quesstion}

No, The heavy is smart, read the wiki about his school life, he is intelligent.

Heavy have seen too many in his life to lose his sanity right away.
And besides that, Heavy does not have smaller brains.
His native language is Russian what makes it hard for him to speak English correctly.
He is doing a good job already in TF2. (I don't think there were many Russians in that time speaking another language)

it wasn't his speech that tiped me to think he wasn't as smart, I made my asumption partioly upon his ability to problum solve and his thought prosses. I didn't see any of his background.

Heavy has a PhD in Russian literature. He just doesn't speak english well

He has a PhD in Russian Lit, but he says there's no reason for Russian Lit when it comes to killing little men.

I think the Heavy is a little insanity but he is brave so he could have little sanity or some missing but lose it slowly.

Something else that might work ih havenis a decaying sanity, but it's refilled a bit with every kill.

Also If you read the comics, youll see where he and his familly lives, he delt being stuck in the snow with a bunch of wemon and only eating bear meat, most people wouldgo insane
