Some entry-ways still have non-Chain entry signals

Cleanup signals + New tunneled passing lanes version + CWtoCCW converter

3 more stamps added and major overhaul of the signalling on all to eliminate jamming.

The entrances all have chain signals to guarantee at least 1 signal is open down the line. The only way this could jam is if your train is very very long.
