idk much about balance but....

Drinking it overheals you to 250
-20% dmg while using it
Slightly longer drinking time than the bonk or crit-a-cola

still, it adds health to the scout, which, combined with the high dps scattergun, is a bit op

Something to do with health on kill like a Mad Milk but without the team benefits.
+On kill restores 40% of your health per kill
+Health packs increases recharge time
-30% less health recovery from health packs

> On drink: Heal 150HP, +35 Maximum Overheal for 15 seconds (Up to 220 from 185)

+ Health packs increase recharge time
+ Overheal lingers for 8 seconds after getting overhealed by any source

- Overheal wears off 100% faster after lingering effect

idk its never gonna be added, i dont understand why people upload weapons to the workshop they wont be added ever, makes even less sense when they dont link a mod for it

When used:
Slowly regenerate health until max health is reached
Take 20% less damage from all sources until max health is reached
Cannot be used if at max health
Can be thrown to extinguish teammates and restore 20 health to self & teammate
Does not coat enemies
Idea 1: A Refreshing Beverage
On drink: heals 100 health over the course of the drink
100% longer drink time
Scout chugs loudly while drinking
Alt-fire: tosses the milk onto the floor, which acts like a small health pack
Basically, it's a Sandvich for the Scout.
idea 2: A Balanced Breakfast Beverage
When drank: gives 8 seconds of 40% damage resistance
30% longer recharge time
Allows you to forgo the complete protection at a price offered by Bonk, at the cost of losing complete protection, but you can shoot and move freely under its effects.

The Drink of Champs
+/- On drink: For 16 seconds, all damage dealt will be received as health, but player gains a 50% damage vulnerability to all ranged sources.
+ 15% shorter drinkage time
- 50% slower charge rate

[+] Alt-Fire: Toss to give to a teammate to heal them. Can overheal.

+Alt-Fire: Throw a Small Health Pack

After Drinking:
Heals 50 Health
+Increases Overall Health to 175
+10% Damage
+25% Movement Speed
(Does not Stack with Baby Face Blaster)
-Overheal Reduced by 100%

Effect Lasts 10 Seconds
(If Health is above 125 after the Effect ends, it turns to Overheal)

After Effects:
-15% Movement Speed
-50% Healing from Dispensers
-Marked for Death
After effects last 5 seconds


20 Second Recharge Time
