How to spawn husband / wife?

I know there is a way to spawn one when you first spawned but is there any way to spawn one when you're in mid-game?

Workaround: Spawn a single survivor. Repeat until You get a (nice) wife.
By default it's 6 key

Err but the dialogue is different from "normal" survivor right?
