NPC not visible and unable to move (respond to call & order, role shows "0")

at random times the npc just shows a "0" as a role, cannot see the body. but can see the name and callouts.

install "mod Manager" change the load order so that this mod loads after any custom maps and before any clothing mods and let me know if that worked.
