Survivors won't spawn with guns

Having trouble getting them to spawn with guns even with settings at 100% for guns.

Know of any reason or mod that might be causing it? Have Arsenal guns and Brita installed, do have other mods but those two are the ones that alter guns as far as I know...

Had the same problem, just went through my list and discovered it was M1A2 Abrams. I know there was another Abrams mod at one point that specified it was incompatible with Superb Survivors, but this one doesn't say it despite being incompatible.
