I keep seem to having this issue where if survivors that are following me panic, they have a tendency to immediately turn and run away. Even if they don't hit me, but run past me, I'm suddenly shoved about 10 feet into a mess of zombies and bitten. Is this just like a feature of them tripping/shoving you and you getting launched? Or some sort of weird collision bug? It's happened 3 or 4 times now and I either end up getting lacerated to hell or bitten. It's getting just a touch annoying, and I don't really know what could be doing it.
